How do I build a wholesale buyers list?
This is the most common question I get from Realestate Wholesalers. The truth is that most investors have a relatively small cash buyers list, costing them thousands of dollars in missed revenue every month. Are you one of them?

If you think that building a buyers list is hard and that all you need to do is find motivated sellers, then this training is for you. It’s true that a cash buyers list is worthless without having deals, however, building a strong buyers list shouldn’t take much time.

STEP 1: BUILD YOUR SQUEEZE PAGE
If you want to automate your cash buyers list, then you need to have a squeeze page. As you might already know a squeeze page is a simple page on a website designed to capture contact information from visitors. What many people don’t know is that building a squeeze page is super easy.
If you don’t already have a squeeze page, take the next thirty minutes to set one up following the directions in this section.

STEP 2: SETUP YOUR EMAIL AUTO RESPONDER
Now that you have a functional squeeze page setup, you’re going to want an email auto responder. Sure you can get by without one but i promise that once you set it up you’ll wonder how you ever got by without it. The thing I like most about email auto responders is that it gives you the ability to track who’s opening your emails. This is just one of the many benefits so just take my word for it and set one up.
STEP 3: GROW YOUR BUYERS LIST
The key here is to promote your new buyers list squeeze page especially in the beginning. With time your buyers list will continue to grow on it’s own as you climb the google rankings and people begin to share your site. I have made it to a point where i get several new cash buyers per day whether I promote my site or not.
